We do our best to keep our items are in stock. Occasionally orders are delayed and will generally go out in 1-4
business days. Item presence on web site is not an indication of stock. If you need your order more quickly, please
place your order over the phone at (800) 323-4083.
Please provide an active email address and phone numbers so we can contact you with any issues pertaining to your
order. We may call any time during the day (US Central Time) Monday through Saturday.
Orders will ship UPS Ground by value, except where marked otherwise. Expedited shipping for online orders is not yet
available. UPS pickup occurs M-F, there is no Saturday pickup or delivery. Free shipping is available only on select
items and for Illinois customers with orders over $100. Orders over $300 in value automatically ship signature
required, so be aware when choosing a ship-to address.
The price on the web site is the price you will be charged. If you need a price match, orders must be placed over
the phone at (800) 323-4083.
We cannot process online orders with an international billing address, so please call in your order at (800) 323-4083.
Online orders shipping to a PO box will automatically ship actual rate USPS and incur an additional $5 documentation and
handling fee. We will ship these as soon as possible, but ship times are not guaranteed.
Tax will be calculated and added if the ship-to address is in Illinois unless marked otherwise.
