While training, you can adjust your program to suit your own needs and adjust the resistance without dismounting. The wheel roller is steel wrapped around an absorbent core to decrease noise by 40 percent and reduce vibration. Flow Functions include heart rate (current, average, maximum), power (current, average, maximum), cadence (current, average, maximum, total number of pedal cycles per ride), speed (current, average, maximum), trip distance, ride time and total distance. Visual display of brake operation and slope. Modifiable data includes power (10-999W, in increments of 10), resistance, body weight setting (40 to 120 kg), speed (kph/mph) and energy use (kCal/kJoule). Color matched Skyliner front wheel support and rear quick release are included. You provide a heart monitor strap. Guaranteed for 1 year.
